Discourse has a mobile app, which works very nicely on Apple. I haven’t yet tried it on Android, but if you’re an Android user, please reply to this post with any feedback.
Either way, search for Discourse Hub on the App Store or Google Play Store. Add lternet.discourse.group. You can also add other discourse forums that you might follow, such as GitLab, CrossRef, on science and academia, or pangeo.
You will receive push notifications in the app, such as for @mentions or topics you folllow, according to how you have the notifications set on the web forum.
