Ecology Letters has been piloting the use of data editors as part of their publication process to ensure that submitted papers are supported by publicly available, well-documented datasets that also credit the original data producers.
At Hubbard Brook, we are about to submit to Ecology Letters for the first time under this new Data Editor system. Has anyone gone through this process with this publisher? Any words of wisdom to share?
