Call for Applications!
The ESA Excellence in Ecology Scholarship is designed to support the career growth of underrepresented early-to-mid career researchers through direct funding and development opportunities. Eligible members have achieved a PhD in the past 20 years.
Benefits over two years (2025-27) include:
- $5,000
- Support for research, publication fees or family/child care
- A speaking opportunity (and travel support) at the ESA Annual Meeting
- Peer support with cohort experience for current scholars and alumni
- Opportunities to present research virtually
