ROR ids for indvidual sites

Hi @marty.downs - I have just learned that each LTER site has a unique ROR. Great. Where can we find these? Thanks, S

Here’s the website: https://ror.org/

Thanks @rmcnellis
@srearl …and here’s the link to where they are described in the IM manual The “obtaining an ROR” section needs to be updated (thanks for the reminder), but the section on how to use them is accurate.

@lno, should the usage examples of RORs also be updated in the IM manual to include what https://ror.org/about/faqs/#what-is-a-ror-identifier says is the preferred form? For instance, changing “0330j0z60” to https://ror.org/0330j0z60. Edit, had to modify this message to get things to display properly.

https://ror.org/search?page=2&query=LTER seems to work for finding LTER site RORs. Here it is as a link: Research Organization Registry (ROR) Search
