The LNO Scientific Computing team has been working on a R package that contains various tools for data importing, summarizing, and visualizing. This package, scicomptools, is now out on CRAN!

While much of the work that we do is specific to a given LTER synthesis working group or task, sometimes we realize afterwards that our functions have the potential to be useful beyond the scope for which they were initially written. Thus, scicomptools was born. We hope that this package will be useful not only to LTER synthesis working group members, but also to the broader audience of researchers.
