National Academies report on Advancing Antiracism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in STEMM Organizations

The NAS recently issued a new report on Anti-Racism in STEMM. I haven’t read it yet, but these reports are often really useful summaries on the current state of thought in an area (and must-cite references for proposals in those areas). I’ll add it to the LTER DEI Zotero library, but also wanted to flag it here.
